The Village of Livonia Established 1882


Town & County Taxes - due in January
The Town of Livonia sends out Town and County tax bills at the end of December or early January. Taxes are due by January 31 without penalty and must be paid to Colleen Hay, Collector. If the 31st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, then the penalty free period is extended to the following Monday. US Postal Service postmarks are accepted.

There are three ways to pay:

In person - Payments are accepted by cash, check credit or debit at the Town Hall, 35 Commercial Street, Livonia. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that we are closed all Federal holidays.

By mail - Checks payable to Colleen Hay, Collector can be mailed to Colleen's attention at PO Box 43, Livonia, NY 14487.

OnlineClick here to go to the payment web site. Once there, you can search for your bill by bill number, tax map number, parcel address, or owner name. (You do not have to fill in all fields.) Please note that a fee applies to pay your taxes online, however viewing and printing your bills/receipts is free. (Fees are explained once you get to the link.)

Village Taxes - due in June
The Village of Livonia Tax Bills are sent out the end of May. Village Taxes are due by June 30th without penalty and can be paid at the Village Hall, 36 Commercial Street, Monday - Friday 9am-3pm.

Village Tax Bills can also be mailed to: Village of Livonia, PO Box 161, Livonia NY 14487.

School Taxes - due in September
Please note that the School Taxes are collected by the school. For school tax information, call the school tax collector at 585-346-4000, x4009.
