PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the LIVONIA JOINT PLANNING BOARD will hold a public hearing on Monday April 24th, 2017 at 7 p.m. at the Livonia Town Hall, 35 Commercial Street, Livonia, New York to consider the application of Vicki Flora/VIRA Realty for approval of a Conditional Use Permit per Section 150-12 of the Zoning Code of Livonia.

The proposal is for the conversion from a Church to a Wedding/Banquet Hall venue located at 3100 Rochester Road, Lakeville, New York. The property is zoned Commercial Limited Industrial (C/LI).

This area variance is requested for a proposed Garage with accessory dwelling (Recreation Room) which will violate the front and side setback requirements according to Section 150-31G (1 & 2). The purpose of this local law is to modify the boundaries of the Mixed Use District and the Industrial zoning district within the Town, changing the zoning district classification of certain specified area within such districts.

This Local Law is intended to temporarily prohibit the creation or siting of large scale solar power installations within the Town of Livonia for a period of up to twelve (12) months, pending the development and adoption of local laws and/or ordinances designed to regulate and govern such installations.

2017 Town Board Meeting Schedule Notice
 

Please take notice that at the January 5, 2017 meeting of the Livonia Town Board, the Board  adopted a resolution to set Town Board meetings as the first Thursday of every month at 7 PM at the Livonia Town Hall, 35 Commercial Street, Livonia, NY, except that the June and August meeting will be held at Vitale Park in Lakeville and the July meeting will be held at Hemlock Lake Park.
