Town & County Taxes
Due: January 31
The Town of Livonia sends out Town and County tax bills at the end of December or early January. Taxes are due by January 31 without penalty and must be paid to Hayley Woodruff, Tax Collector. If the 31st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, then the penalty free period is extended to the following Monday. US Postal Service postmarks are accepted.
There are three ways to pay:

In person – Payments are accepted by cash, check credit or debit at the Town Hall, 35 Commercial Street, Livonia. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that we are closed all Federal holidays.

By mail – Checks payable to Hayley Anderson, Tax Collector can be mailed to Hayley’s attention at PO Box 43, Livonia, NY 14487.

Online – Click here to go to the payment web site. Once there, you can search for your bill by bill number, tax map number, parcel address, or owner name. (You do not have to fill in all fields.) Please note that a fee applies to pay your taxes online, however viewing and printing your bills/receipts is free. (Fees are explained once you get to the link.)
Village Taxes
Due: June 30
The Village of Livonia Tax Bills are sent out the end of May. Village Taxes are due by June 30th without penalty.
There are two ways to pay:

In person – Payments are accepted by cash or check at the Village Hall, 36 Commercial Street, Livonia. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please note that we are closed all Federal holidays.

By mail – Payments can be mailed to PO Box 161, Livonia, NY 14487.
School Taxes
Due: September
