Village Clerk

Our Village Office consists of Cindy Pfeifer (Clerk-Treasurer), Colleen Hay (Deputy-Clerk) and JoAnn Weber (Village Board Minutes Secretary). The staff is part-time.

Cindy is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for maintaining custody of all Village funds and electronic transfers, payroll, annual financial statements and the annual Village budget.

Colleen's official title is Deputy-Clerk Office Manager.  As such she serves as the main point of contact for residents who stop in to the office with questions or to conduct business. Rhonda maintains custody of the village books, village records, and official reports and communications.  She prepares monthly abstracts, ensures that the village minutes are accurate, and serves as the collector of village taxes.

JoAnn attends all of the Village Board Meetings and is responsible for keeping an accurate record of the meetings. Her efforts will now be available on our website.
