Town & Village Court
The Town of Livonia and the Village of Livonia have one combined court.
No cell phones or weapons are allowed in court.
All adjournment requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Court Office 24 hours in advance for consideration. This does not guarantee an adjournment.
Please note that the Town & Village Court does not process parking tickets. If you received a Village parking ticket, please pay at the Village Office, 36 Commercial Street, Livonia, NY. You may reach them at 585-346-3100 with questions.
Court is held on Tuesdays, but only as scheduled BY THE COURT.
